Week A

Stage 5

Daily Prayer

In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Loving Father, I gather in Your presence.

I invite stillness into my heart.

May I breathe in Your peace and breathe out all stress and worry.

Holy Spirit, speak to me through this time in prayer so that the ear of my heart may understand God’s will.

Cherish and Challenge:

Cherish: When has my day been transformed by the random act of kindness of another?

Challenge: How can I move outside my comfort zone and offer an act of kindness to someone today?

Loving Father,

You call us to be the hands and feet of Jesus. You call our feet to walk to those who live on the margins, and to make a difference in their life. Ignite in us a heart that burns to lift the burden of all who suffer. May we look for all the opportunities in our day, where our acts of kindness can become the answer to another’s prayer. Please act and flow through us so that our actions and relationships bare Your loving face.

We pray this in the name of love, Jesus Christ,

Amen
