  1. Listen to We Praise You God. Let your ears wander and take in as much as possible.

  2. List 10 words or phrases you heard about what we can praise God for

  3. Repeat steps 1 & 2: Listen again and try to add 10 more words or phrases to your list. Add any new ideas that you think are missing.

Be sure to take a break at least every hour or so.

Find two objects that are longer than your hand span and shorter than your foot.

Your handspan is the measure from your thumb to your little finger.
