Activity too hard?
What do you know about rock pools and sea anemones after looking at the video and pictures? How is Anemone in the story like the sea anemone in the information video? Talk about what they both have, what they both eat, what they both do.
Activity too easy?
Make connections by comparing what is the same and different about Anemone in the story to the sea anemones in the video. Draw and write about what is the same and different. How does this help you understand the story more?

Dogs are all different shapes and sizes.
Which dog could you lift up?
Which dog will be heavier than Hairy Maclary?
Do you think you could lift Hercules Morse? Why? Why not?
Draw and label some things that are hard to push, or hard to pull, or too heavy for you to lift.

Lift and compare some different objects by holding one in each hand like a balance. Put them in order from lightest to heaviest. Draw and write words to explain what you noticed. Use some of the words below.
