Stage 3
Stage 3
These learning activities are designed to be completed in sequence beginning on Monday
There are many different ways to pray. For many people, listening to a Music helps them feel closer to God. We will take time now to listen to his worship song by Genevieve Bryant
Begin with the Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths, breathing in and out three times
Watch this video below and enjoy the song: A Thousand Words by Gen Bryant
Conclude with the sign of the cross
Note: Please use the whole prayer or parts of it to suit your child’s age and needs.

Paper
Pen or Pencil
This week we have learned that the Bible refers to all Christians who follow the example of Jesus as saints. That doesn't mean all Christians are perfect all the time, it means that Christians strive to follow the example of Jesus as well as they can.
Write a letter to someone that you think is like a saint. Tell them the following:
What you've been learning about in RE
Why it made you think of them
What you have seen them do that you think is saintly
Write the letter on paper so that you can send it to them.
Activity too hard?
Draw a picture of someone you know that is very kind to other people. Write words around them showing ways that they are kind.
