These learning activities are designed to be completed in sequence beginning on Monday

Daily Prayer

Prayer Song!

There are many different ways to pray. For many people, listening to a Music helps them feel closer to God. We will take time now to listen to his worship song by Genevieve Bryant

Begin with the Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths, breathing in and out three times

Conclude with the sign of the cross

Note: Please use the whole prayer or parts of it to suit your child’s age and needs.

Learning Intention

We are learning that the Gospels tell the Good News of Jesus

  • can identify who a disciple of Jesus is

  • can explain the qualities of a follower (disciple) of Jesus

  1. Watch the video


Peter was a disciple of Jesus who sometimes made good choices and sometimes made bad choices


  1. Fold your page in half

  2. On one side write the good choices that Peter made

  3. One the other side make a list of the bad choices

  4. Create a wanted poster for a follower (disciple) of Jesus. You will need to explain on your poster what a follower of Jesus does

  • Draw a picture of one of the good choices Peter made

  • Who were the other disciples of Jesus?

  • Learn about another disciple of Jesus from the Gospels and write what their good choices were
