Talk about the characters or things in the story and describe what they are doing and where they are doing it.
Activity too easy?
Add an extra page to the story by introducing another character. What will they do? What will happen to the other characters? Add detail to your sentences.

Show Time
Here are the feeding times for some animals during the animal shows.
Can you read the times and try to make the times on a clock?
What other animals might need feeding at the Amusement Park?
Make some other o’clock times on a clock.
Draw the clock and write the time each animal is fed.
Write the days of the week in order. Choose one day of the week. Put the o'clock times in order for the day when each animal is fed for the animal shows.
Questions to support my thinking
Activity too hard?
Draw a clock.
Find different clocks around your house. Where are they?
Have someone at home make you a time on a clock and copy their time.
Activity too easy?
Can you make and draw some half past times?
What other times can you make?
